For our July installation, <a href="https://www.linkedin.com/in/markcogden/?original_referer=https%3A%2F%2Fwww%2Egoogle%2Ecom%2F&amp;originalSubdomain=au" target="_blank">Mark Ogden</a>, Managing Director of 11point2, will have a conversation with <a href="https://www.linkedin.com/in/rohanhamden/" target="_blank">Rohan Hamden</a>, CEO at <a href="https://xdi.systems/" target="_blank">XDI</a> and founder success story who is passionate about the mainstreaming of climate information into infrastructure and financial decision making. 
Rohan began his career as a fire fighter. After nearly 15 years in government, his last role was as the Director of the Climate Adaptation Program for South Australia. Rohan has advised various state and national governments on their climate adaptation programs in Australia, Canada, USA and the UK. In 2017, Rohan co-founded XDI: The Cross Dependency Initiative which provides infrastructure risk assurance services based on climate change science, infrastructure engineering and advanced statistical methods. 
11point2 exists to fearlessly get ahead of the world’s problems with people who care, by validating worthwhile ideas that have a positive net impact on the world. We are a diverse group of unconstrained thinkers, entrepreneurs, pioneers and builders who know that idea validation is the first, most important step in innovation.  
The event will commence with drinks and nibbles at Stone &amp; Chalk at 5pm, with the fireside chat kicking off at 5:15pm. Australia desperately needs a new generation of cyber security talent.
In Australia alone, 7,000 more cyber security workers will be needed across all industries nationwide by 2024.

To help meet this challenge AustCyber has partnered with Microsoft to deliver the Cyber Security Traineeship Program. A program that supports a diverse group of individuals and minority groups into a cyber security career. 

For this event, we have assembled a panel of experts and Australians that have passed through the cyber bootcamp will talk through the problems facing Australia’s cyber skills shortage and what we need to do now to meet this critical skills shortage.  

In 2022 a diverse workplace doesn't just make sense, it's good business practice.

The Exploration Company is developing Nyx, a reusable and modular spacecraft which will provide partners with affordable access to Low Earth Orbit and the Moon for experimentation, in-orbit demonstration, transportation and other activities. In 2024, The Exploration Company will embark on our demonstration flight - 'Mission Possible' - and shall carry 300kg of payload into space for three hours, with the purpose of learning and experimenting with our pioneering partners. South Australia contributed 4.5% to Australia’s total net greenhouse gas emissions (2019),with mobility currently South Australia’s highest emitting sector.
