AWSN x Stone & Chalk Scholarship

Are you an ambitious female or First Nations Australian cyber security founder striving to elevate your business?

Following on from findings in the recently released Australian Cyber Security Sector Competitiveness Plan, which determined that 17 percent of the workforce identify as female in cyber security, and even less people identify as First Nations, AWSN and Stone & Chalk have partnered to offer 10 scholarships to help enhance the growth, recognition and impact of these professionals within the workforce.

This 12-month scholarship provides:

• A complimentary desk at a Stone & Chalk hub: Residency at a state-of-the-art, purpose-designed hub of your choosing located in Adelaide, Melbourne or Sydney.
• Support to scale: Stone & Chalk’s expert team will help you refine your product and develop strategies to grow.
• Network with an exclusive community: Join a curated community network that connects you with industry leaders, investors and fellow startups and scaleups.
• Funding and investment opportunities: Benefit from Stone & Chalk’s strong track record of helping residents secure significant capital.

Eligibility criteria

You must meet the following criteria:

• Must be an Australian woman or First Nations cyber security founder with the intention of continuing your company operations for at least 12 months

• An aspiring Australian woman or First Nations cyber security founder with the intention of continuing your company operations for at least 12 months

Terms and conditions

Award amount: The scholarship includes 12-month residency at one Stone & Chalk hub and access to growth opportunities such as mentorship, networking events and workshops.

Release of information: By accepting the scholarship, the recipient agrees to allow AWSN/Stone & Chalk to use their name, photograph, and information about their business for promotional purposes.

Termination of scholarship: AWSN/Stone & Chalk reserves the right of termination for this scholarship at any time.

Changes to the Terms and Conditions: AWSN/Stone & Chalk reserves the right to make changes to these terms and conditions at any time.
