At the 2022 ITAC Awards, Western Australian care and retirement living provider Bethanie has taken out the best software implementation award for their utilIsation of South Australian start up CareApp. CareApp provides a powerful communication and engagement platform for aged care providers.
CareApp themselves, having won the award for best quality improvement solution at ITAC 2018, were able to provide Bethanie with the means of sharing over 50,000 daily care movements with residents' families.
